All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways. We do not store or process card or banking information directly.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines typically range between 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the issue.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs is our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
