REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We value our customers and strive to provide the best quality handcrafted products. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect

Minor variations in color, texture, or design are inherent to handmade products and do not qualify as defects.

3. Return Request Process

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at our support email with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or videos of the product showing the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for return.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification. Once approved, customers will receive instructions for the return or replacement process.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

5. Refund Process

Upon successful verification of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products showing signs of use

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products, subject to product availability.
